Chocolate + Peanut Butter

I have never really blogged about such things before but for some reason I feel the need to share a subject very close to my heart: Chocolate and Peanut Butter. I am completely in love with any thing that contains only these two ingredients. Since I have Truper I have been forced to stay clear of chocolate, but slowly I have brought it back into my diet.:) It doesn't matter what mood I am in, you give me Chocolate/Peanut Butter and I immediately bounce into complete happiness. Some of my loves are:

Girl Scout Tagalongs

Yesterday Gary ( The most wonderful husband in the world) made me Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies upon my request. You have to make them, they are heavenly. Here is the recipe, we made some changes to meet what we wanted.

(Just so you know, I don't make healthy cookies, in my opinion I think it is a crime to do so!)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup butter ( not margarine)

1 cup peanut butter ( I woud add another 1/2 cup if you really like PB)

1 cup sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

4 T Milk

2 tsp vanilla

3 1/2 cups flour

2-3 cups Chocolate Chips

Beat butter and peanut butter, add sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat until combined. Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat in flour. Add chocolate chips

Shape dough into 1-2 inch balls. Bake 350, 11-12 mins. Enjoy!!! So Yummy!!!!

Spring Pictures

Well, I finally got around to getting the kids pictures taken.
Garon 4 years
Brisa 2 1/2 years
(I was alittle late on getting Brisa's done, I was pregnant that is the only excuse I can give)

Truper 8 weeks old

Darling kids

There were only two pictures taken of all of them together because it is very hard to get all three kids looking at the camera and not moving at the same time. This one was the best.

Grandparents and Great-Grandparents that look at this blog, I have pictures for you, I just need to get them in an envelope and in the mail, this task alone is becoming difficult. :)

2 Months Old

I can't believe my baby is 2 months already. Man, time sure does fly. I wish that we could keep them as babies forever ( but still sleep through the night). Truper had a doctors appointment yesterday and he weighs 13 lbs 4 oz, and is 23 inches long. Garon weighed just this amount when he was 2 months old but was much longer. I guess I just produce big boys. I do love them though.
