Truper Giggling

It is always nice when we can find a quiet time to give Truper one-on-one time with Mommy and Daddy. Here is a video of Truper giggling. They were doing this for quite some time before I thought about recording it. Look really closely at Truper, he gets serious waiting for Gary to make the noise that will make him giggle.

Also, this gives you a very good idea about how Truper is doing at age 5 months !

4 months

Truper turned 4 months yesterday. He is such a good baby, we are really enjoying him. He babbles, coos, and giggles. He is in the process of cutting his two bottom teeth, which brings on alot of fussiness, but I guess that is just life.

Our June so far.....

We have been really enjoying our June so far. We were blessed with some really nice, sunny weather the first day of June. Here are the kiddies enjoying homemade popsicles

My Lilacs in full bloom. oh how I love that smell!!!!Then we decided that we were really homesick and needed to go to Durango to see Gary's parents. It was just what we needed. We spent a week and just enjoyed being in beautiful Colorado. We did alot of free things, because we didn't have any money to do anything else. The first attraction was the fish hatchery. This is our 3rd time going and we never get sick of feeding the Rainbow Trout. Truper I hope will get more into it next year. It was pretty sunny and we didn't have a hat so we impervised.

They are only one year apart and get along great.

We did alot of more things in Durango but I didn't take the pictures. I need to get the pictures from Grandma and then I will post them.Then on our way home we stopped in Monticello to visit Great-Granddad and Great-Grandmom. It is always a real treat to visit their home. Great-Granddad has a new fan, Brisa falls in love with anyone that has a vacant lap and a book to read her. I have to say, Great-Granddad sure is a great reader, he does all the voices.

We got home and about 3 days later, my niece flew up here from AZ to visit and be with Grammy. We have done alot of fun things. One higlight of course is that she can read and Brisa loves anyone that will read to her.

One attraction that she wanted to do was go see the bears. So Grammy splurged and we went to Bear World. It was very fun. The kids really enjoyed it. They really got a kick out of when a bear jumped up into the back of a truck that was in front of us. They loved seeing the baby bears. Then we went into the petting zoo where they got to pet goats, pigs and deer. Lastly they got to have fun with the little kids rides that they offer. It was unlimited so they went on them as many times as they wanted too. What fun. Here are a few pictures that highlight our expriences.
